With a trusted team of 25 planners covering every corner of Italy — from the Amalfi Coast to
Tuscany, Lake Como to Puglia — your wedding will be in experienced local hands, wherever you
say “I do.”
- Pre-Wedding Consultation (2–3 weeks before):
A dedicated planner will review your timeline, supplier contracts, venue logistics, and all final
details. - Timeline Review & Finalization:
ll refine your schedule, confirm vendor arrival times, and ensure all moving parts are
synchronized. - Vendor Coordination:
We contact all vendors prior to the wedding to confirm timing, logistics, and any special
instructions. - Venue Walkthrough (when feasible):
A site inspection to review the ceremony and reception setup, guest flow, and contingency plans. - On-Site Management (Full Wedding Day):
Your coordinator will be on-site up to 10 hours to manage:
