CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Services
Italy Wedding Concierge provides venue recommendations, consultations, vendor sourcing, and planning services. We act solely as an informational platform and do not operate venues or vendors.

2. Fees & Payment
Services are payable in advance via the Website. Services must be requested within 30 days of payment, or they will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

3. Relationship
The Company is not involved in contracts between Clients and venues; all bookings are directly between the Client and venue.

4. Refund Policy
Fees for consultations and vendor sourcing are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds are only granted for duplicate payments or technical errors.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details and respond promptly.

6. Liability
The Company is not liable for any actions of venues or vendors. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of EU consumer law for non-EU Clients and for EU Clients.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect personal data such as contact information, payment data, and usage analytics. Data is used to provide services and improve our platform. Data is processed under consent, contract performance, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.

Data transfers between the U.S. and EU follow Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR compliance. We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
